friday, 9 feb 2007:

less than half of the j1s went sch today..very pathetic..9 turned up for my class..namely me.serena.kirsite.nerissa.paul.mark.brian.chenyang.joel..the rest all pon..watched some total defence video for assembly..only had chem prac..haha..did titration..but mark and joel pon..so left 7 of us..dismissed at 1130..went to meet 4h at vivo..they were at ben&jerry..there was huihiui.fred.peijue.mayqi.weirong.colin.bryan.jiawen.jiahui.val..tiff and lev came when we were abt to leave..ohya! we saw ezanne lee photo shooting or smth..and we took photos with her! haha (: photos with huihui..wa she's damn chio and skinny..she had super thick makeup on..but on our photo she looked really pretty..as in cant see her thick makeup..

took a bus back rv..the whole canteen was packed..cos was cca day also..which makes it even more crowded..see all those familiar faces of our sec4 batch..was so excited to see 4h again..the whole of 4h (: esp weijian.qiuping.lihui.ivy..its been yrs since i last saw them..so heart warming (:
all of us gathered in the hall..line up according to class reg. no..ms ek gave a super short speech..then announced the 10, 9 ,8A1s..congrats to weiting for obtaining 8A1s..the one and only from my class..really really very proud of her (: congrats to jingjie and rachel also for getting 6pts..all of us were getting scared..really so scared as we receive our results slips from the hands of our form tcher mrs lee-teo..miss her so much..mr chan helped to hand us the yr book and magazines and stuff..din really dare look in his eyes..but i miss him a lot too..

gt my results slip and i counted my L1R5 from the slip..gt 9..after that i didnt noe needa open the moe letter for the final L1R5..but i was so scared to open it for fear its worse than 9..cos it wld be such a false hope for me..saw many ppl crying alr..ok in the end i still opened it..and thank GOD it really is a 9..i was happy..but not very happy..or rather i duno wad feeling i had..mayb cos i expected it to be so much better than prelims alr..but very disappointingly was tt i gt an A2 for amaths..which isnt wad i expected..i was so 100% sure amaths wld be an A1 for me..

there were many surprises..gd n bad..for example..wasnt expecting an A2 for combine humanties SSH..was expecting to gt C5/C6 for that cos everyone knows how badly i screwed up history paper..not only me la..SSH results was shocking for everyone..ms vijay, duno if u shld be proud of us..cos none of us studied any of the 3 topics tested..but yet we didnt fare tt badly..but by our SSH grade..think we didnt disappoint u tt badly afterall..still rmb how angry and annoyed u were cos tt time prelims was alr very near and we've yet to start studying SSH and getting our facts and skills right..

a bit disappointed with eng..gt B3..expected to gt A2..sigh..really needa buck up on my english..sorry mrs look for still disappointing you..cos our class MSG was 2.3..but our goal was 2.2..ahh! tt 0.1..sigh..mrs look we miss you so so so much..like wad tiff said..i'll always rmb her golden words of wisdom..when u go on war, u cant possibly ask ur comrade to lend u a gun or ammunition..thou we work hard and play hard tgt as a class..but in the end..we still have to fight the war on our own..

i dont really know what to say abt hcl..but think i didnt disappoint mr tan chun leong either for getting A2..thx for always making us think deeper to answer compre qns to obtain the highest marks for the qns..you always try to make chi lessons interesting thru ur lame jokes and grp discussions and pair work..thou ur lame jokes always put us off.anw congrats to have a mrs tan hwee hian in school now..haha..may ur have a blessed marriage (:

as said just now..A2 for amaths was such a bomb for me..really sorry mr ang for disappointing you..despite all ur hard work and effort..i gt an A2..thx for always being the caring and kind tcher who's ever so patient in teaching us and clerifying our doubts and uncertainties..which makes us so guilty if we didnt do ur homework..

was also disappointed with chem..cos was expecting A1..bt got A2 instead..sigh..must be the chem prac la..cos i used the wrong volume to calculate the solutions..argh..well..i've only got myself to blame..sorry mr chen..but thx also for never giving up on me..thx for making me believe that i can really do it if i put in effort and as long as i believe i can achieve it..thx also for letting me know the importance of understanding and the skill of applying what i've learnt..

on a happier note..i was surprised and shocked to gt A1 for physics..was expecting at most A2 cos everyone knows how screwed up phy prac was..never in my life did i ever gt A1 for physics! i did u proud mrs lee-teo (: thx for all ur nagging..think it all did pay off (: thx for never giving up on us..encouraging us..thou you're not a very inspirational tcher..but u let us understand the importance of practice makes perfect..always reminding us to do our TYS and not lagg off..and i'll always rmb faraday's law..absence makes the heart grows fonder..haha (:

and im proud to say that i didnt disappoint mr chan keen choon too..gt A1 for geog once in a lifetime..B4 was always my max for geog..now i finally understand mr chan's effort of being strict in his marking..cos it pushes us to perfect our answers for the o's..no wonder seniors say mr chan always produces A1 students..thou 4h had one of the highest msg for geog prelims..

actually im really glad to be an RVian..cos the teachers are great..thou we always say the tcher sux..the tcher dno how to teach..the tcher keep loading us with homework and stuff..but they always push us to our max to unleash our potential and perfect our answers so tt cambridge markers have no reason to mark us down..tts why RVians always produce the best answers..thou we always say RV sux and we hate RV..bt at the end of the day..its RV tt we miss most and its RV tt we love most..how ironic..

RV gave me and happy ending..RV left me with many fond memories and words of wisdom and knowledge..most imptly..friends that will last a lifetime (: every end means a new beginning..now its time to embark on a total and brand new journey of JC life..cheers! (:

there were tears of joy and sadness..sad to say..but congrats to mayqi for moving on the NJ..to jiawen, its a blessing in disguise..SA is a fun and nice sch (: congrats to siewping and leonard for moving outa CJ..ur can try SA/AC/AJ..congrats to alan bong for moving on to NJ/HC..congrats to rach and jinejie for being able to move on the HC/RJ..congrats to lihui for moving on to NJ..to simin and huihui, it may be a blessing in disguise too..no matter what we'll be friends forever (: congrats justin for being able to move outa AJ going either NJ/AC..congrats to fred for moving outa AC going either HC/NJ..congrats yilun for moving outa JJ going NJ/AC..congrats bryan for being able to move to NJ..well go for VJ if u really really want it..haha (:

hey ppl wherever ur going..as long as ur put in effort and work hard..u'll be able to strive and touch the moon..this is what i learnt from fred..and i believe its true..so good luck and all the best for ur JC life..work hard play hard..take care and stay happy yea (:
